A shared camera is no longer showing up on my dashboard

I have had access to my friend’s doorbell camera for over a year. I could see the feed on my app until yesterday. She has not changed the shared status for me. How do I find this camera again for her security?

Hi @abs3400. If you’re sure that Shared Access hasn’t been revoked, make sure that you are on the correct Location. You can do this by tapping on the Location Name on the Dashboard of the Ring app and selecting the Location you need. Let me know if this helps!
