So I’ve just gotten my ring doorbell. It’s great, but there’s one problem. I for the life of me can’t get it to send notifications to my phone. I’ve tried everything, including logging out and logging back in. But when I came back, it still wasn’t working.
Hi @Gravy. What type of phone are you using the Ring app on? If this is an Android, try the steps in this Help Center article here and this one here for IOS. Also, be sure that you do not have a VPN active on your phone while using the Ring app, as this can cause issues. Let me know if this is helpful.
