Hi @user47827. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app and your phone’s software installed to ensure you have all the latest security and feature updates. If you have a VPN on your phone, turn it off or disable it when using the Ring app.
If this continues to happen, I’ll need a bit more information to check with my team. What version of the Ring app are you using? What is the make and model of your phone, and what version of operating software is it running?
