3rd Camera video question

I have ring with two cameras that have provided video. I added a third camera and now messages claim I need a “protect” product to see the videos on camera 3. What gives?

Do you currently have a Ring subscription plan? I think that is what is meant by the “protect” plan, which is needed to view videos. How long have you had the other two cameras? Perhaps you were on a trial period that has ended.
