hello I bought a power adapter for my indor camera on the website. and there is another mini usb plug. however, it should be a jack plug. I don't know what to do and where to buy the right product, since it was the only power adapter

Hi Caitlyn_Ring Thanks for reply. Yes I buy exactly this cable is but it’s not compatible with my indoor camera. How I can return? And buy charge adapter for STICK UP CAM BATTERY? I see there port for charging. Please for any help 🙂

For the Ring Indoor Cam, the power adapter you would want to purchase is this one on our website [here](https://en-uk.ring.com/collections/accessories/products/power-adapter-3-indoor-cam). Is that the one you purchased? This power adapter is compatible with our Indoor Cam, but if you have a different model of Ring Camera, it will not be compatible. You can verify which model you have by looking at the original packaging or at the Device Health page in the Ring App.
