second ring doorbell 2 to do the same thing, but my batteries are charged but on the app it said battery is dead and it’s off line. My batteries work in my son’s doorbell 2.
I can’t afford to buy another. My son’s doorbell 2 works great.

Hey @Buhlcountrygirl! If your device is not operating with a fully charged battery inserted, please try a reset on the Video Doorbell 2. This can be accomplished by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. You should see the front LED lights flashing upon a successful reset. Once completed, perform a new setup in the app.
