The 2nd doorbell location disappeared from my dashboard and I can’t find it on the device list, yet I still get alerts for it. Anyone else have that problem or know how to fix it?
Hi @LKC. Let’s find this missing Doorbell! First thing to check would be to see what location you have selected. Do this by tapping on the Menu, then Location at the top of the screen. Secondly, if you’re a shared user, make sure the owner of the location didn’t remove you by mistake. If you have anymore questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
