2nd gen help

Hi. I have a 2nd gen doorbell linked to my mobile. Alerts and when someone pushes the bell are sent to my phone. However, I have to restart my phone every day as the notifications stop. What am I doing wrong? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A42 5g.
