I have 2 batterys i have charged both. Over night an on my ring door bell it keeps saying at 29%,is this a firmware issue cause my chargers are good
Hi @Vern! If you have not already, please trigger an event on the Doorbell with the freshly charged battery inserted. After a moment, the device health should reflect the proper battery level. Try removing and reinstalling the app on your mobile device if this does not resolve your concern. I hope this helps!
