I have 2 Ring Stick Up Cams that I got as a bundle from Best Buy in 2016/2017. However, I never connected the cameras and now neither will complete the setup process. The process fails when it attempts to complete the WiFi connection. I’ve tried resetting the cameras, etc. and have had no success. Is this an issue with the older firmware or some other issue?
