2way speech not working. Unable to hear or speak to caller, help please

Hi @tellboy1949. If the two-way audio is not working, try the following steps:

  • Verify your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest updates.

  • Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app.

  • Verify you have your microphone permission enabled for the Ring app in your phone’s settings.
