I have a door view cam. I can only be heard talking through the app on my phone when connected to the door view cam using the Live View function. However when a visitor presses the bell, I can hear the audio coming from the bell on my phone but the visitor can’t hear me speaking back. I’ve tried using iPhone and android phones and the same thing is happening on both devices.
Hey @khanf. When you are opening up a Live View, you will need to press down on the green phone icon in order to talk back to the person on the other side. After you press the green phone icon, ensure that you have the microphone icon unmuted and then they should be able to hear you! In addition, please ensure that you don’t have your audio input being limited by any bluetooth devices your phone may be connected to!
