2 way audio issue

I have the pro and the chime. Before when an answered doorbell would record, you can hear the entire back and forth conversation. Now when I pull up the recording to play it back, it only has the audio for the person who rang the bell. There’s a pause in the spot where I answered. Any idea what’s going on? Thanks!

Hi @MCarmona0812. It sounds like there may be a connection issue. Typically, this can be resolved by rebooting your internet router. This allows the information packets to successfully transmit and receive. To reboot your router, just unplug it for 3 minutes, then plug it back in. Let me know if this helps!
