i have had some not happy experiences so far 2 units not working, 2 solar panels and now onto 3rd unit but refuse to replace solar panel anyone else had these problems do they actually work? as i am getting very fed up

You can find this information on the original packaging, on the back of the Doorbell itself, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. Additionally, what concerns are you experiencing with the Solar Panels? Are you seeing that your Doorbell isn’t receiving a trickle charge, or is there a particular message you’re seeing in the Ring App? Feel free to attach any screenshots that may help explain what you’re experiencing.
