2 Problems - Alert tone, and Missing Timeline
Alert tone - Set to NAVI sound for backyard camera since 2018. But lately it alerts using windchimes once a day instead of what it is set too. Then goes back to NAVI alert sound.Missing Timeline non-Footage - Usually in the time line it will show the time camera is inactive/offline. Now it`s like it splices the last two times it was active/online and leaves no trace of how long it was inactive/offline. That's a big security issue in my book! Always have been able to trace how long the camera was inactive/offline.

Hi @Gambit66. I would first try to reset your network and your device to prompt a device update and establish a solid connection. To reset your network, you'll unplug your internet router for at least 3 minutes, then plug it back in. It will take about 10 minutes for your entire wifi network to restore. Once that is complete, you can reset and reconnect your device to wifi. Reset your device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release.
