2 cameras update every 25 seconds, 3rd doesn't

I installed a doorbell ring camera yesterday, replacing one which died. Live view works, video alarm works, but the view on the main Ring app does not update. I have two other Ring cameras, and they update about every 25 seconds. How do I get this new “Ring Video Doorbell – 2020 release” (wired) to update the view at the same rate?

Hi @lizby. As mentioned in this Help Center article here, battery operated devices will take longer to update the Camera Preview in order to reduce battery drain. Even though your Doorbell is hardwired, it still primarily operates off of the battery.
