Hi folks - simple question. If I put two batteries fully charged into the cam… does one get used fully before the other is touched? Or not? How do I know which? Thanks!

When you first put in two batteries into the Spotlight Cam Battery device, it is supposed to use one battery up to about 20% battery left, then use the other, fully charged battery to about 20%, and then both will be used until it reaches 0%, or when the camera can no longer function because of how low the battery is.
