1st Generation Spotlight cam no live view

I have three cams, and my first cam has stopped responding in the ring app. I’ve tried all the help topics: I turned off vpn, I tried toggling off Bluetooth, I tried cellular vs wifi, I checked my wifi router, etc. I can see that the camera is connected and it is currently sitting on top of the router so it couldn’t be any closer (RSSI -45). I try turning on the siren or snapshot etc, but nothing works.

Hi @user76092. Thanks for listed the steps that you’ve taken. You can attempt a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then reconnect to WiFi.
