1st gen floodlight camera shuts off before schedule

I had the same problem with the floodlight turning off and on during the “scheduled” time. After reading many post here, I decided to do a factory reset. Just to make sure I was doing it right, I called Ring. At least the tech knew what I was talking about. So the problem has been discussed at Ring. They advised me that the reset, May or may not work, but they were working on a fix. Once resolved, an email would be sent to all users. Fortunately, the factory reset worked for me, and I have the calendar icon in the corner, when it is following the schedule. Yah.
