can i use a 16V 15VA doorbell Transformer with a ring pro? 15 foot run
Hi @Mikemike. You can learn more about how to physically install your Doorbell Pro here. You’ll need to have a transformer that has an output of at least 16V 30VA (40VA max) and 50/60 Hz. Do not use a halogen or garden-lighting transformer or a DC transformer/power supply.
