14 hours no video

My camera hasn’t been working since 10am, so nearly 14 hours and no history recorded … which I pay for
I’m a single mum who needed this camera for a reason and now have severe anxiety because not for the first time, ring camera is unreliable !!

Hi @Pearly81. Are you able to check if your Doorbell is offline? You can find this information in the Device Health section of your Doorbell in the Ring app. If it is offline, go through the process of reconnecting it to your WiFi.
