My camera hasn’t been working since 10am, so nearly 14 hours and no history recorded … which I pay for I’m a single mum who needed this camera for a reason and now have severe anxiety because not for the first time, ring camera is unreliable !!

    Hi @Pearly81. Are you able to check if your Doorbell is offline? You can find this information in the [Device Health](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001757766-Understanding-Your-Ring-Device-s-Device-Health-Page) section of your Doorbell in the Ring app. If it is offline, go through the process of [reconnecting it to your WiFi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
