My old ring doesn’t work. I purchased a plan for it but need to swap it with my new Ring 3. How do I swap set devices within my plan? I only want to pay for my Ring 3 to store my videos. Thanks!
Hi @mwalkerbcc. You can do this by simply canceling the plan for your old device and setting up a new plan for your Ring Doorbell 3. Cancelling the plan will initiate a pro-rated refund in accordance with the time used, at which point you can create a new plan for you Ring Doorbell 3.
