1 camera offline but has been working fine for months

All of a sudden 1 camera is offline. I went through the suggested steps. It tells me it’s connecting then “set-up did not complete. Check Wifi password and try again”. The password is correct. Camera has remained online for months with no problem. We don’t have a new router or provider. Now what?

Hi @user21573. If your Camera is failing to reconnect to your wifi, you can try the following steps:

  • Reset the Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.

  • Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in.

  • Use another smart phone or tablet to do reconnection.

  • If possible, bring the Camera closer to your router while doing reconnection.
