This happened after setting up a new camera (adding to a system where I already had 5 cameras) It does not appear to be related to the recent, disastrous launch of the new plans. I contacted support by chat and was blown off. Diana Frances was unable to understand the issue (trainee? new employee?)

Orange last day of trial banner won't go away.

I have a paid standard subscription. I bought a new pro camera and understand I got the premium trial that I didn't want.
