Ring Video Doorbell
Worst product ever!,,
Door bell stopped recording when answered. One time I needed it since they took something off the door step. Worst produce ever. Glitches ever time someone rings the door bell.

Ours never picks up people or meaningful events. Just a bunch of unusable trash. Vivint might be expensive and down right scammy … but atleast it works.

It really has proved to be the worst product ever. Atleast in the alarm business. Never works… i even bought network extensions to reduce bottlenecking. Its just trash

CHi @user54265. Which model of Ring Doorbell or Security Camera do you have? How do you have your Motion Zones and Motion Sensitivity set? We're happy to help with general troubleshooting steps once we have some additional information.

Doubt it! Have had the door bell for years. Never works when some one rings the bell. You can’t answer it and now when it is need3d the device fails. Have several friends with the same issue.
