Wired doorbell... wired for Ethernet cable?

I need to get 2 ring doorbells - for the front and back doors of a location where wifi is not good at either location. Any chance the 'wired' ring doorbells need or can accept an RJ45 for data? And yeah, power either as a separate wire or power over ethernet. Thanks!

Hi @EdShnatter. The hardwired Video Doorbells, such as the Video Doorbell Wired and the Video Doorbell Pro, still require a stable wifi connection in order to function. You can look into the [Video Doorbell Elite](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-elite) to see if that may be a better fit, as it utilizes Power Over Ethernet, but it is typically meant for new home builds so it can be installed flush in the wall.
