Will Ring release magnetic door locks?

Hi All, I live in flats and there is a communal entrance and the door is secured with a magnetic lock. The maglock is released by the existing intercom handset. Ideally, I'd like to run the existing intercom system/video screen alongside Ring so that when I'm in the property, I can still use the intercom or when my phone isn't nearby I can still use the intercom/door release. So, my questions are: 1) Can I run Ring AND the existing intercom system in parallel? 2) Does Ring have the capability to release magnetic door locks? Thanks very much Dan
