Hi @user12560. What model of Ring Doorbell or Security Camera do you have? You can find the name of your device on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Are you on Android or iOS, and what version of the Ring app are you using? This information would be helpful to provide more detailed troubleshooting tips and tricks.
