Hi @user8093. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) will show you how to reconnect your doorbell to WiFi. You can access this from the Device Health menu in the Ring app.

Hi, Yes what you can try is to do a RESET on the RING DOORBELL. HOLD DOWN THE ORANGE BUTTON on the back of the device for 20 seconds. You should get a voice said reset, then go through the whole setup process again and ... let it UPDATE ITSELF for 5min-15min.This should solve it.
