  Hi @adtn ! Are you looking to adjust the Ringer Volume or the actual volume of two way audio? If you're looking to adjust the Ringer Volume, you can do that in General Settings within the Ring app. If you're looking to adjust the volume on two way audio, you can control that by turning up the volume on your phone. Hopet his helps!

  Hi Jennifer, The question was for the 2 way audio. Yes , I have tried to put my phone volume up even to the max and we could hardly hear anything. The person on the other end can hear me but not me. Everything was fine until I did the app update. Do you have another solution so I can try to fix this problem? Thank you

  Mines the opposite. I speak into my phone to the visitor and the whole street can hear me... How do i lower it please

Depending on device model there are Quick Replies and Alexa Greetings features available that can answer for you.
