Hey @Grammer. Just to ensure I'm correct in this assumption, is your first file for the Ring Video Doorbell Pro, and the second is for the Ring Video Doorbell 2? If this is correct, my first reasoning for the change in quality is the amount of light both devices have in the environment. For the Doorbell 2, you have plenty of light shining onto your backyard area, which gives the Doorbell enough light to focus on the quality of the video. The less light that the Doorbell Pro seems to have could attribute to the lessening of the quality. In addition, connection is the big key factor most of the time. What is the RSSI for each device?
