Video freezes when doorbell pressed
troubleshooting
I have a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2. When someone presses the doorbell, both live video and playback freezes. After a couple of minutes the doorbell is available again. Looking at playback video, it cuts off as soon as the button is pressed. If I disable "Ring in-home Chime", the ring no longer freezes up.
