Video doorbell plus issues

Alright, so I've been having a few issues with the doorbell plus for awhile, let me try to explain what is happening.So what's happening is that it's "deep sleep" or something else causes it to miss events for hours and that's usually after a triggered event.For example: I leave for work, it goes off when I open the door, and I check it after about 3 hours and when I check it it's still showing a static image of me leaving and the time stamp is "3hrs". Once I view the app, it usually updates.This doorbell is connected to a solar panel so the battery is good. Motion sensor is set to regular and to detect people and packages only.Problem is, it has failed to detect people, packages being delivered, and in some rare cases actual doorbell events.It's connected to my Chime Pro, rssi is very good on that, and the rssi is very good on the doorbell as well. I've got it set to 120s recording, HDR, 14 minutes snapshot capture.I'm not sure why it's "deep sleeping" for 3 hours after a triggered event.Any help is appreciated.
