Using Ringdoorbell Pro 2 with existing chime

The install instructions has a hyperlink "Click here to learn more about chime compatibility and how to here your doorbell" link is https://support.ring.com/hc/articles/360044443152 Nothing here about chime compatibility. Before purchasing this device I checked it did work in parallel with an existing chime.
