Unable to join 'Ring network '

Question

Good evening, i am having trouble connecting my ring doorbell pro to the specified ring network. I already reset my router multiple times and still will not connect.

If the in-app setup for your Ring Doorbell Pro is repeatedly not working, you can find some troubleshooting steps in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-In-app-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly). I'd recommend going through those and trying them out to see if you can successfully complete the setup process. Let me know if that helps. :)

If it's anything like the Pro 2 model, you have to wait for it to charge in the small internal battery - can take between 30 and 45 minutes.  This critical piece of info was lacking in the setup manual.
