two way talk not working

Im having issues with the Two-Way talk ring doorbell. I’ve tried everything that google has told me to try and nothing has worked! The person standing in front of my camera can hear me but I can’t hear them. I tried rebooting it. Made sure the microphone is enabled. Checked the privacy settings and turned that on (I think) Nothing seems to work! Please help 🙏🏼

Hi @user_b43c69. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Also, what type of device is this and what is the RSSI? This information can be found in the Device Health menu of the Ring app. Do you have any Bluetooth devices connected to your phone? If you use Two-Way Talk on another device or Ring.com, can you get it to work?
