Transfer subscription to new device

On 17th April 2025 I purchased a new Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus (Newest gen) to replace a faulty 4th gen doorbell. I received this and have it set up. I'm still paying a subscription for my 4th gen doorbell, the last payment was made on 6th May. Will this subscription transfer automatically? If not how do I effect a transfer. The old doorbell is not in use. I'm constantly receiving messages about the free trial ending.

Hi @user_b93017. No, you cannot transfer a Ring Home subscription. Since the Basic plan only applies to one device, you will need to cancel the existing plan, then subscribe to a new plan for the new Doorbell.
