Talking through my Ring Doorbell on Mac desktop computer

I cannot talk through my Mac desktop to my Ring. I have 2 monitors with mics, and I have a Logitech camera with a built in mic. I have tried each device/mic, but cannot talk with people at my front door. I hear sound from the Ring (birds/cars/people talking), I just cannot talk or answer the door through the many Mac computer mics. Please advise. P.S. There is no Preferences panel I can find in Ring software to designate which mic to use.
