Soon as free subscription runs out

Since been installed I have never adjusted any settings and only had notification when someone/ something was detected.  The day after the free subscription ran out I keep getting notifications of motion detected. I have cctv and no person or animal has been near to set it off.  Are ring bullying with phantom notifications to Try and get me to resubscribe?????? Ps,  I have never adjusted or played with ANY settings and it was very good product during the free subscription.
