Snapshot feature stopped working
This afternoon my snapshot feature stopped working completely. Live view and motion alerts all fine still (except for as I mention below). But no snapshots saved for the past 8 hours. I have reviewed all settings in the app, turned off and on again etc. I have 20 days left in my free trial. Also, around the time the snapshots stopped working, i had post delivered to my door, but this was not captured on the device. This seems to be a once off though. Not sure if related. Any advice?

Hi @Cleffernan. Has Snapshot Capture started working again, or is your Doorbell still not capturing any Snapshots despite toggling the settings to ensure it is on? Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find this information on the Device Health page in the Ring App.
