Snapshot 5 min gone, firmware/reset does not help
Discovered that 5 min snapshot was greyed out and not working. Had to manually do a firmware update. No, the 5-minute option disappeared and not working.Removed and reset the device, nothing worked. Suggestions?Third time something like this happened...and of course after an incident where we needed to figure out a window of time. May need to look for a replacement. Interestingly, our local police indicated Ring has been failing for many customers lately. Is that true for you all?

Hi @BetterThanRing. What model Doorbell are you experiencing this with? This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672) has more information about the Snapshot Feature. Also, if your device has a low RSSI, it could affect the frequency in which your device captures Snapshots.
