*shut down ** Hey I have had an email from Ring saying urgent replacement needed on my ring doorbell, straight after my doorbell just cut fully off dead !. I’ve been on chat and the lady said I need to ring Uk Ring team for them to check it out !. Has anyone else had this happen!? .
