Ring Video Doorbell
Security screw too small?
Ok, what am I doing wrong here? It seems like the security screw for my new 2nd gen video doorbell is too small. It falls right out. And the screwdriver that came with it doesn’t match it either. What am I missing here??? TIA!

Hi @AJDahlin. @bemak187 is correct, that is not the security screw. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041190711-Ring-Video-Doorbell-2020-release-Information) has a great illustration. I hope this helps.

We you able to locate these screws. I’ve checked the box throughly and cannot locate them. Not sure why they would be included with the other screws.

@AJDahlin That isn't the security screw. Check your packaging again. The security screw will match the end of the blue screw driver and is a torx secuirty screw.
