Had to upgrade to samsung10+; no problems with same ring for 3 years and other samsung phone-after 5 days of ring support and arris gateway discussion, internet carrier call I still can not get live video and history recognition. My phone recognizing notification of motion but that is it. Ready to throw it in the trash (doorbell) that is. Ring suggestion of getting an iphone not an option--unless they wish to purchase.
