I have a hardwired ring video doorbell pro. It is probably XXXX feet from my xfinity xb6 router. The issue is that approximately once a week, it randomly loses connection to WiFi and won’t automatically reconnect. I have to manually reset the whole doorbell and start from scratch. No other device on the network loses connection. I’ve heard of a lot of connectivity issues between xfinity routers and ring, so just wondering if anyone has a workaround.

    Hi @AG115. The steps you tried were good troubleshooting steps to try. I would also recommend rebooting your router to see if it helps. We also have this Help Center page with other steps to try for a Ring device that keeps falling offline.
