Ring Video Doorbell (2020) connecting the existing wires? Nicor 18888

Hi all, I have the Ring Video Doorbell (2020) coming. Right now I have a Nicor 18888 doorbell and wanted to know if that can be paired up to the doorbell to give it power. I tried searching for a previous topic or list of capable existing doorbells.

Hi @username2. You can find a list of chime kits that are compatible with the Video Doorbell (2020) in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053138112-Ring-Video-Doorbell-2020-release-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List). I took a look and I wasn't able to find the Nicor 18888 on the list, so you may want to consider replacing your chime kit in order to be compatible with the Doorbell.
