Ring spy door cam

so had the ring spy door cam for a few months now and all worked fine but since upgrading my phone to the samsung s21 on the 29 jan 2021 i can no longer live view on mobile network it will connect occasionally but its very pixelated and bad sound and only 1 out of 10 times it will connected wifi works fine and my wifes s20 works fine we are both on the same network EE and 4g connection at work is very good and at home to test if i turn wifi off its around 3 bars so good also i also pick up 5g at work and still no better if i do a speed test after trying to connect a door knock its very good my old phone was the samsung s10 and had no issues with this the new s21 i have turned off data saving well it was already off i just made sure it was off i have tried a few fresh installs still no different the rapid ring app made no difference i can use my s21 at work for example to stream my 4K cctv with no issues at all not a ring product but shows the connection speed ect is fine has anyone got any ideas as the ring has no use if it cant be answered when i need to at the moment i am lucky as the kids are still at home but as you know this changes from the 8th of march thanks Baz

    sorry to also add if i leave it a few mins i can then get the playback thats been saved to cloud and this plays every time not issues its just the live feed or answering a live call over mobile network

      Hi @baz2011uk. A few key points here. It sounds like the Ring app was functioning good on your old phone, and it currently works on your wives phones but no joy with your new phone. This leads me to believe that there may be some settings in your phone that are conflicting with the Ring app. To start, I would check this list [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App) for apps that conflict with the Ring app. Next, I would contact your phone provider to see if there are any settings specific to your phone that differs than your previous phone. If that doesn't seem to improve your Live View experience, you can reach out to our support team to see if there is any additional steps you can take.         hi thanks for the reply the link is showing for notification problems my notifications are fine its just trying to play a live feed at that time like i said if i leave it a min i can playback whats been saved thing is i took a year sub out wish i didn't bother now as its a waste not upto the job i would be better off putting a cctv feed at the door and communicating to them via that as my cctv has no issues over a 4k stream on my mobile network
