Ring Pro Set Up - Not Finding Wifi
Hi all, I assume this has been answered before, but I cannot find the topic. I have gotten to the connect to wifi stage of set up, but the Ring Pro is not finding my wifi. The app says to chage my wifi channel to 6 temporarily and when I do that, I still don't see my wifi. When I refresh the page on the app for wifi available, the list doesnt change. There are few houses 7/8 houses away that I can see on the wifi list, but not mine. Im about 15 feet from the router, and its picking it up on my laptop much further back than thatThanks!

In my Android app there is no option to change channels or add a network manually. My ring app is unable to see any wifi networks at all.
