Ring Pro Set Up - Not Finding Wifi
Hi all, I assume this has been answered before, but I cannot find the topic. I have gotten to the connect to wifi stage of set up, but the Ring Pro is not finding my wifi. The app says to chage my wifi channel to 6 temporarily and when I do that, I still don't see my wifi. When I refresh the page on the app for wifi available, the list doesnt change. There are few houses 7/8 houses away that I can see on the wifi list, but not mine. Im about 15 feet from the router, and its picking it up on my laptop much further back than that Thanks!

Hi @Fitzsip! To confirm, you've made it all the way through setup, successfully connected to the Doorbell Pro broadcast Ring setup network, and now are trying to find your network during the "connect to your in home wifi" step? If so, on the last step of the setup you will see a "add a hidden network", which can be used to manually enter your network information. If this concern persists, try enabling a 2.4 Ghz guest network on your router with a standard SSID, PW, encryption, and security type. I hope this helps! :)
