Hi @aosjord. There are a few things that can contribute to your Ring Pro going offline frequently. The most common causes are power insufficiencies and wifi strength. You'll want to make sure that you have the [Pro Power Kit](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208267686-Installing-the-Ring-Pro-Power-Kit-with-your-Existing-Doorbell) installed and that your Doorbell [transformer](https://ring.com/products/hardwired-transformer?_pos=3&_sid=762b18e47&_ss=r) has a sufficient voltage rating. Next, you'll want to check your RSSI in the Device Health section of your Ring app. An RSSI of -50 or better is ideal. I would check those suggestions to see if that corrects any issues you are having. I hope this helps!
