Ring Pro Doorbell - Cant Answer Rings

I've got a Ring Pro doorbell (hardwired) that I've had for about three years. It's been working fine until about three weeks ago. Now, for some reason, I can't answer rings. I can access live view fine, but if someone rings the doorbell, I get a notification of a ring, but if I try to access it, I get a spinning wheel, and after a few moments I get a message that Live View Has Ended - Reconnect. I just tried resetting the doorbell, and disconnecting it. I reconnected it, and reset it up. It's still doing the same thing. I checked my transformer voltage at the Ring, and it's showing 19V. Any suggestions?
